| 摘 要： | 对私有财产的保护不力，大大挫伤了民营企业的积极性和创造力，资本外流严重束缚了我国社会主义市场经济的发展。文章通过对私有财产保护的基本现状及其原因的剖析，探讨十六大及第十届全国人大二次会议提出的保护合法私有财产的现实意义以及当前保护私有财产工作中亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The invalid protection of private property discouraged the enthusiasm and creativity of civilian industries. The drain of capital has greatly bound up the development of our country's socialist market economy. Based on analyzing the current situation and factors of the protection of private property, the article discusses the significance of protecting legal private property, which was presented at the 16th CPC National Congress and the Second Session of the 10th National People's Congress, and the problems to be solved in current work of protecting private property. |
