| 摘 要： | 大学生做兼职在大学校园里已蔚然成风,而一些非法兼职机构利用大学生急于求职的心态,利用不法手段散布用工信息,企图诱骗大学生的廉价劳动力;一些用人单位也趁虚而入,和大学生们大搞文字游戏,大学生做兼职过程中自身权益受损的事情屡见不鲜。作为大学生自身应该增强法律意识,通过正规渠道获取就业信息,处理好兼职工作与学业的关系。学校应给予大学生兼职工作以正确的指导,做好法律教育等方面工作,使虚假信息不攻自破、不法行为得以杜绝。

| Abstract: | It becomes fashionable for college students to do part-time job.But some illegal part-time institutions make use of college students＇ psychology of hunting for post urgently,and illegal methods to spread working information for inveigling college students＇ cheap labor force.Some employers also take advantage of a weak point to make character game with college students.It is very common for college students to damage their rights in the process of part-time.As college students,they should enhance law awareness of themselves.Through legal channel to obtain employ information,they should deal with the relation well between part-time work and school work.Colleges should give the correct guidance for students＇ part-time job,and do the work of law education well,so that false information and illegal action cannot stay longer. |
