| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代初苏共垮台，导致这一悲剧发生的原因是多方面的，而历史遗留下的问题与日益僵化的高度集中的政治体制使苏共脱离群众，失去了执政基础是苏共垮台的深层原因。它留给我们党的教训是深刻的，这就是必须加强和完善党的思想建设、组织建设和作风建设，将“三个代表”思想落到实处。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 90s in the twentieth century the Soviet Communist Party collapsed,because of the two reasons:the one is historical problem,the other is the highly centralized political system,and fainally lead to the Party cut itself off from masses.The collapse of Soviet Communist Part brings some enlightments for CPC,that is Perfecting and strengthenning the construction of thoughts,organization and style. |
