| 摘 要： | 加利福尼亚是美国最早普及高等教育的州之一,在如何建立与高等教育普及相一致的高校招生考试制度方面为美国各州和发达国家的改革发展提供了经验。它的基本制度是,政府确定高等院校的三个层次和各层次院校的招生计划、公立和私立院校确定各层次基本的招生考试和录取标准,学生按学业水平选择高校,高校按标准录取学生。每个层次的考试选拔的标准有明显差异,研究型大学多维度选拔,提供大众高等教育的本科大学要求相对简单,社区学院接受所有通过“离校考试”的高中毕业生。

| Abstract: | California is one of the most advanced development states in higher education in USA. California provides rich experience in the establishment of college entrance examination and admission system relevant to the universalization of higher education for both other states in USA and other countries in the world. The basic system includes three-level public higher education institutions and relevant enrollment plans,the basic college test and admission standards for the three-level institutions.The differences in tests and admission standards for the three-fold institutions are clear and obvious. Research universities need multi-dimension selections,teaching universities for mass higher education need easier test requirements,and community colleges recruit all the rest high-school graduates with Certificates of California High School Exit Test. |
