| 摘 要： | 经过近30年的长足发展,继续教育已成为我国教育事业不可或缺的一部分。但当前我国的继续教育普遍存在资金短缺,教育质量无保障,管理不健全等诸多问题,究其根源是继续教育法律法规的不健全,使我国继续教育的发展缺乏制度保障。我们应当借鉴国外继续教育立法的成功经验,进一步加快我国继续教育法制化进程,保证继续教育顺利实施。
