| 摘 要： | 人才培养和科学研究是高等学校的重要职能,以科研促进教学是贯彻＂学以致用＂办学理念、提高应用型人才培养质量的关键所在。本文就南京工程学院自动化学院测控专业科研与教学的和谐统一、科研成果融入课堂教学、科研提升大学生创新精神和实践能力的培养及科研促进了大学生毕业设计质量的提高等方面进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Personnel training and science research（SR） are the important function and SR promoting Teaching is the key to carrying out the idea of learning for practice and improving the quality of application-oriented personnel training.This paper discusses how to unite SR with teaching,integrate SR achievement into classroom teaching,SR improve the cultivation of college students＇ innovation spirit and practice ability as well as SR promote the improvement of graduate design quality. |
