| 摘 要： | 发达国家开展学生军训的历史已逾百年。分析美国、俄罗斯、英国、印度、台湾等国家和地区普通高校国防教育的成功经验，对我国普通高校国防教育有许多有益的启示。如：加强国防教育法制建设，依法实施国防教育；建立科学的国防教育管理体制；开展形式多样的国防教育；根据需要设置国防教育内容；加强军事后备人才培养；建立完善的国防教育保障体系等。

| Abstract: | The history of the national defense education of developed country is over one hundred years. The analysis on the successful experiences of the national defense education in America, Russia, Great Britain, India and Taiwan area will bring us great benefits and enlightenment concerning the accomplishment of the national defense education in the universities in our country. For instance, enhance the construction of the law and legal systems about the national defense education, carry out the national defense education according to the law, improve the fostering of the military talents and establish the perfect systems to guarantee the national defense education, etc. |
