| 摘 要： | 构建和谐有序的社会主义社会,是社会主义的本质要求。“社会主义和谐社会”的建设,具有鲜明的时代特色。“社会主义和谐社会”的建立应以协调发展为前提,“社会主义和谐社会”的建立应以利益关系重新整合为目标,“社会主义和谐社会”的建立应以党的执政能力作保证。

The construction of the society above, owns obvious characteristics of the times, on the condition of the corresponding development, with the aim of integrating the benefit relation, and the guarantee is the administrative skill of the communist party. |
