教师专业道德的困境与超越

摘    要:教师专业发展要求教师道德的专业化发展,教师职业道德也必然要升华至教师专业道德。但教师专业道德存在内涵模糊、具体规范缺乏不可替代性以及社会功能发挥不足等困境,无法取得道德的专业性地位。促使教师道德在专业性认可的基础上发展教师专业道德,必须从教师专业道德的工具性价值出发,在运用专业道德的过程中体现其专业性。运用专业道德必然是一种实践能力的体现,因此在提升教师道德认知的基础上,注重培养与发展教师专业道德能力能够进一步确立教师专业道德的专业性。

Abstract:Professionalization of teachers requires the professionalization of teachers ethic. The change sublimates occupational ethic to professional ethic. But the connotation of teachers professional ethic is misty, and lacking in criterion indispensability and social function, which can not make teachers ethic reach a professional status. In order to promote the professionalization on the basis of the approval of teachers ethic professional status, we must strive for its instrumental value: embody the profession through the use of professional ethic. It is a kind of capability to use the ethic, and thus we can establish the professionalization of teachers professional ethic through cultivating and developing the capability of teachers professional ethic on the basis of teachers ethic cognition.
