| 摘 要： | 我国远程教育以现代信息技术为手段建立了教学传输平台,使优质教育资源共享得以实现,成为我国终身教育体系构建的重要载体,三十年来电大系统形成了比较完善的教学支持服务体系,在终身教育体系的构建上发挥了重要作用。在以成人学历教育为主,多层次、多规格、多形式、多样性、面向基层、面向农村、面向边远地区的办学目标下,远程教育在教与学上呈灵活性、开放性特点,这一特点适应了终身教育体系构建的要求。远程教育在开放、质量、服务要迈出更大的步伐,同时,在专业设置、课程设置、教学评价等方面进行深入改革并积极探索与其他类型教育纵向衔接、横向沟通的渠道和方法,为人民接受教育进行多种选择提供条件,在构建我国终身教育体系和学习型社会中发挥更大的作用,为和谐社会的构建贡献自己的力量。

| Abstract: | China Distance Education to establish a modern information technology as a means of teaching transmission platform which makes the quality education resource sharing can be achieved,and to become an important carrier of lifelong education system construction.Three decades passed,the Radio and TV University has formed a relatively complete teaching support service system,and played an important role in the construction of the system of lifelong education.In adult education-based,under the school-running goals of multi-level,multi-specification,multi-form,diversity,basic grassroots,basic rural areas,basic remote areas.Distance education in teaching and learning were making the characteristics with flexibility and openness,and the characteristics adapted to the requirements of lifelong education system construction. Distance education in an open,quality,service,must be taking greater strides,meanwhile,in professional settings,curriculum,teaching evaluation,an in-depth reform,and actively explore the channels and methods of education and other types of vertical convergence and horizontal communication.There is a variety of options to provide the conditions for the people to receive education.And play a greater role in the build China’s system of lifelong education and learning society,to contribute their strength to the building of a harmonious society. |
