| 摘 要： | 通过对国外电子政务现状的描述，指出我国电子政务发展中存在的问题，并分析了其中原因，然后在对国外电子政务发展经验进行总结的基础上，提出了我国在电子政务发展中要走市场化、产业化之路，发展电子民主、繁荣公众服务，同时要充分发挥社会中间组织的作用，跨越数字鸿沟，关注弱势群体用户等建议。

| Abstract: | This paper points out the problems in the development of our electronic government and analyses the reasons by describing the present situation of the electronic government abroad. Based on the experience of the development of electronic government abroad, so, on the development of our electronic government, it puts forward that we will go to marketing, industrialized road, develop electronic democracy and prosper service of the public, give fully the role of intermediate organization of society, bridge digital wide gap and pay attention to weak group users etc. |
