| 摘 要： | 作为我国高等教育领域内的新生事物，独立学院已经成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。本文通过对独立学院人才培养若干基础理论问题的认识，剖析了独立学院人才培养模式中存在的问题，提出了实现独立学院人才培养模式创新的策略。
