| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是高等学校工作的重要组成部分。当前 ,加强师资队伍建设要抓住三个问题 :一是要把握新时代对教师素质的新要求 ,如具有创新意识、创新能力 ,国际视野和国际交往能力 ,合作精神等 ;二是要加强对优秀中青年学术带头人的培养 ,这是师资工作中的重中之重 ,应给予高度重视 ;三是要完善教师专业技术职务聘任制 ,激发教师的积极性和活力

| Abstract: | Construction of teacher staff is an important part of the work of higher education. At present, to reinforce the construction of teacher staff three issues should be paid attention to: to learn the new requirements of the new times to teachers' quality, to enhance the cultivation of excellent academic leaders of the young and the middle aged, and to perfect the system of appointment of teacher's professional technique post and stimulate teacher's activity and energy. |
