| 摘 要： | 在资源全球化配置、中国经济高速发展以及电力体制改革逐步深入的多重背景下,电力企业面临极大的挑战,特别是在资源配置、兼并与收购决策、绩效评价、风险管控等方面都对企业财务管理提出了更高的要求。财务管理作为企业管理的核心,是企业实现快速发展的关键环节,面对财务信息量庞大而杂乱的现状,企业必须借助财务信息化手段,通过及时、准确和全面的财务信息整合,为管理层的高效管控和决策提供有效支撑,并为企业规范化管理提供坚强保障。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of global allocation of resources and China＇s economy,and deepening of power system reform,power enterprise encounters with great challenges,especially in the higher demand to enterprise financial management on resources allocation,decisions on mergers and acquisitions,performance evaluation,and risk administration.As the core of enterprise,financial management is the key to realize rapid development of the enterprise.Facing the huge but messy situation,however,enterprise should provide effective support for efficient administration and decision of executive and a strong guarantee for enterprise standardized management by means of financial information with timely,accurate and comprehensive financial information integration. |
