| 摘 要： | 随着世界范围内新一轮科技革命和产业变革的兴起,制造业正朝着智能化、柔性化、集成化的方向转变,智能制造产业应运而生,日益成为未来制造业发展的主要趋势。借助政策工具理论,建立政策文本二维分析框架,通过对31份中国国家层面颁布的智能制造产业政策文本的研究,探究我国智能制造产业政策工具的现存问题以提出优化我国智能制造产业政策工具的路径。研究结论如下:优化政策工具结构,完善政策工具配合机制;促进政策工具在智能制造产业发展阶段中的合理使用。

| Abstract: | With the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in the world,the manufacturing industry is shifting towards the direction of intelligence,flexibility and integration.The intelligent manufacturing industry has emerged as the times require,and it is increasingly becoming the main development of the future manufacturing industry trend.With the help of policy instrument theory,the paper establishes a two-dimensional analysis framework for policy texts,and explores the existing problems of China's smart manufacturing industry policy tools through the study of 31 smart manufacturing industry policy texts issued by China's national level to propose the optimization of China's intelligent manufacturing industry policy tools path.The conclusions of the study are as follows:optimize the structure of policy instruments,improve the coordination mechanism of policy tools,and promote the rational use of policy tools in the development stage of intelligent manufacturing industry. |
