| 摘 要： | 本文对后勤社会化改革必要性和必然性的阐述、对后勤社会化改革的实质是计划经济的电大后勤向市场经济的电大后勤转变的揭示、对后勤社会化改革的核心是后勤系统重组的观点的提出，特别是对后勤管理理念转变、后勤实体进行公司制改造、后勤产权界定、后勤资源科学配置等见解，都是对后勤社会化改革的创新。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly expounds the necessity and inevitability of rear-service socialization,Then it discloses the reform essence of rear-service socialization is that the planned economy is converted into market economy,Thirdly the paper puts forward the opinion that the core of the reform is to reorganize the rear-service system.The article also explains some other ideas including the reform of rear-service management,the change of rear-service entity into a company,the definition of rear-service property and the rational distribution of rear-service resources. |
