| 摘 要： | 本文提出，对体育专业高年级学生参照研究生的教育模式进行导师制培养，以适应新世纪高等教育人才培养模式的需要；在大学本科教育过程中实行导师制，能充分发挥教师教书育人的作用，促进学生的个性化发展，提高学生体育专项理论和专项技术水平，培养学生创新思维和科研意识。

A Study of Tutorial Mode of Training for Physical Education Majors |

| Abstract: | In order to meet the need of the higher education in the 21st century , we adopt the tutorial system to the education of graduate students of P.E.. The enforcement of tutorial system will improve teaching and the development of students' personality, promote the students' theoretical knowledge and technique, improve students' creative thinking and scientific research. Besides, it also gives us many beneficial opinions on the formulation of testing method, supervision of education process, enforcement of effective implement, and so on. |
