| 摘 要： | 随着国家对高校家庭经济困难学生资助力度的加大,越来越多的高校学生享受到了国家的资助并顺利地完成了学业。在实践过程中,高校家庭经济困难学生的认定需要建立一套可供量化的系统,这一系统要通过量化的办法建立可操作的细则。运用计算机处理手段建立数据库,旨在减少人工劳作,提高效率,为科学、有效地开展高校学生资助工作打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | As the government has increased the financial aid for needy students in universities,more and more university students can enjoy the national subsidization and have completed their studies smoothly.In the practice process,to confirm the needy students in universities,it is necessary to establish a set of the quantizing system,and moreover the operable detailed regulations are made by means of quantification,the database is established by means of computer processing,reducing the labor force and enhancing the efficiency,and the solid foundation has been laid for the scientific and effective implementation of the financial support for the needy students in universities. |
