| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机给我国企业带来深远影响。阐述了财务风险的基本形态，剖析了财务风险的根源和表现形式。介绍我国国有企业财务风险管理现状以及存在的问题。进一步探讨金融危机对我国财务风险管理的影响。最后，提出我国国有企业规避财务风险改善风险管理的可行性策略。

| Abstract: | The international financial crisis has bring far-reaching influence to enterprises in China. This paper firstly presents the basic form of financial risks and analyzes its root and presentation forms, secondly introduces the present situation and existed problems of financial risk management of state-owned enterprises, thirdly discusses influences of the financial crisis to financial risk management in China, and lastly puts forwards feasibility strategies for state-owned enterprises in China to avoid financial risk and improve risk management. |
