| 摘 要： | 在新世纪，建立终身教育体系，形成学习化社会，已日益成为国际社会教育改革和发展的方向。弄清终身教育体系的概念、原理、构架及其要素、基本特征及最高目标等基本理论问题是十分必要的；成人教育是终身教育体系的主体部分，在终身教育体系的构建中具有重要的作用；在构建终身教育体育的“三大突破口”和“一大网络”中发展成人教育，是一次新的尝试。

| Abstract: | In this new century, it is more and more becoming the tendency of reformation and development of education in the world to establish the system of lifetime education and to fashion the society full of learning. It is therefore necessary to make clear the conception,principles, structure and elements, essential features and ultimate end of lifetime education system. Adult education, as a key part of lifetime education, plays an important role in the construction of lifetime education system. It is a new try to develop adult education in the fabrication of three breakthrough outlets and a wide network of lifetime education. |
