| 摘 要： | 本文检验TPB模型在中国学生创业意愿中的应用,从主观规范、创业态度、感知行为控制三个变量来探讨其对中国大学生创业意愿的影响,本文采用多变量测量方法将创业意愿分责任性承担与非责任承担意愿。实证研究发现,创业态度、主观规范、感知行为控制到创业意愿的标准路经系数分别为:0.430、0.289和0.136,TPB模型共解释创业意愿变异的46.9%,在中国文化背景下主观规范对创业意愿的影响效用大于国外学生。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to validate the application of TPB model to study on Chinese undergraduate entrepreneurial intentions.The authors adopt subjective norms,attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived feasibility to explain Chinese undergraduates' entrepreneurial intention,which is divided into committal and noncommittal dimensions by using multivariate measurement.The study shows the path coefficients from subjective norms,attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived behavior control to entrepreneurial intention are 0.430,0.289 and 0.136 respectively.46.9% of variance in entrepreneurial intentions is explained by TPB model.The study also demonstrates that subjective norms have larger influences on Chinese students than foreign students. |
