| 摘 要： | 校本培训是中小学教师专业发展的比较经济有效的形式之一,也直接服务于新课程改革的需要.新课改对高中教师及其培训提出了新的要求,校本培训正是顺应了这种新的要求,并且有力地推动着新课改的发展进程.但是在实践过程中,实然和应然依然存在一定的差距,我们的任务不仅是承认差距,更重要的是要缩小差距.

| Abstract: | School-based Training is one of the more economical and effective forms of the teachers’ professional development of primary and secondary school.School-based Training is also to directly serve the needs of The New Curriculum Reform.The New Curriculum Reform makes new requests for teachers and teachers’ Training,and School-based training conforms to these new requests.Furthermore,school-based training is strongly promoting the development of the New Curriculum Reform.However,actuality is different from suitability in practice.Our tasks not only recognize these differences but also pay more attention to narrow the gap. |
