| 摘 要： | 工业化和城市化进程的不断推进促使"农民工"这一独特社会阶层形成,农民工的素质问题直接关系到国家的竞争力、创新力和现代化水平。作为农民工继续教育的一只重要补充力量,普通高校应积极承担其肩负的社会责任,充分发挥其社会服务的功能,促进农民工综合素质的提升。

| Abstract: | The constant promotion of the industrialization and urbanization in China led to the formation of a unique social class——“migrant workers”, whose quality is directly related to the country＇ s competitiveness, innovation and modernization. As an important supplementary force for migrant workers continuing education, regular HEIs should actively assume their social responsibility, make full use of their function of social service, and promote the upgrading of the overall quality of migrant workers. |
