| 摘 要： | 生活应激的研究不仅是医学心理学领域的重要课题,也是健康心理学及心理健康教育领域的重要课题。文章在介绍国内外对生活应激概念界定的基础上,对当前生活应激的相关研究做了阐述,并对生活应激的研究进行了展望。
