| 摘 要： | 随着高校图书馆图书情报工作现代化的不斯发展，高校图书馆员的继续教育．已成为高校进步发展中的重要工作内容之一。文章分析了新时期推动和支持高校图书馆员继续教育的基本动因，同时从切合高校发展、图书馆人力资源、馆员个人职业发展实际的角度出发。强调了高校图书馆员继续教育要努办做到切实有效。
