| 摘 要： | 通过对广东省8个贫困县的81所农村中学体育师资队伍的现状进行调查，并对贫困地区中学体育教师的数量与质量及影响农村体育教师稳定的因素等方面进行了科学系统的分析研究，为今后农村体育师资队伍的建设与发展提出相应的对策。
