| 摘 要： | 美国常青藤盟校不仅代表着世界最高学术水平,而且历来高度重视体育运动,其体育文化历史悠久.除高水平竞技体育外,盟校体闲体育开展得非常普及.为了探讨和研究盟校休闲体育的开展状况,采用了文献研究法和比较研究法,结果发现盟校休闲理念深入人心、体闲体育管理规范,休闲活动内容丰富且极具个性化,休闲体育文化特色鲜明.我国高校相比于盟校,休闲体育的开展从项目内容到普及程度存在差距,因此对盟校体闲体育开展情况的研究将会给我国高校休闲体育的开展有很好的启示作用.

| Abstract: | Ivy League not only stands for the world-class academic level but also always attachs importance to sports,and it has a long history of sport culture.Besides highly competitive sports,recreational sports are very popular in Ivy League.In order to explore the recreation,this paper employs the methods of literature review and comparative study.The findings show the philosophy of recreational sports in Ivy League is deeply rooted in people,the sport management is normative,the recreational activities are rich,colorful and personalized with distinguished features.There are activities like fitness,intramurals,club sports,outdoor recreation and expeditions.All activities are planned and arranged well with a sound guarantee system.Compared with Ivy League,we have a long way to go.So we can get some enlightenment from this research. |
