| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法,以湖南省体育产业政策为研究对象,首先对现阶段湖南省体育产业政策的制定情况进行了概述,然后分析了现阶段湖南省体育产业政策的执行情况,包括:执行的部门,执行的手段和执行中的问题等三方面内容.得出以下结论:1)执行的传导机制不顺畅;2)执行手段单一且多头管理;3)监督体制不完善.针对湖南省体育产业政策执行中存在的问题提出建议:1)保证体育产业政策的有效性;2)采取多种执行手段,防止多头管理;3)健全政策执行的监督制度.

| Abstract: | This paper first on the sports industry at this stage in Hunan Province on the development of the policy was outlined,and then at this stage of the sports industry in Hunan the implementation of the policy,including:implementation of the sector,the means of implementation and implementation of the three aspects of the problem.Come to the following conclusions:implementation of the conduction mechanism is not smooth;single and multiple means of implementation management;oversight system imperfect.Hunan sports industry policy for the problems in the implementation of the recommendations:ensure that the effectiveness of the sports industry policy;adopt a variety of means of implementation,to prevent overlapping management;supervision over the implementation of sound policies system. |
