| Abstract: | By means of literature reviews and analysis, fieldwork and interviews,the authors of this paper make analysis towards the current status and characteristics in the system of recruitment. modes of training programs and athlete management in Springfield College. As a result, some useful references are supplied for the sports institutions in China to make use of the American experiences in the cultivation and training of high-level athletes. |
