| Abstract: | Through document study, the author of the paper holds that besides nation financial allocation, the capital for the survival and development of the sports departments of our country can be raised by the following ways: Issuing the sports lottery tickets, BOT mode, assets securitization and the development and management of intangible sports assets. |
