| 摘 要： | 为了探讨和创新田径运动技术教学理论与方法,有效提高田径运动教学训练质量,将40名体育学院体育系学生进行分组对比教学实验,采用了高速摄影及影片解析、数理统计等方法进行研究.结果表明,在田径技术教学中,田径技术节奏定向教学法比传统教学法能更有效地提高专项运动成绩和专项运动技术.

| Abstract: | In order to discuss and innovate the technical teaching method and theory of track and fields, effectively improve the teaching and training quality, 40 college students majoring in physical education are divided into groups for experimental training. High - speed camera and mathematical statistics are used to analyze data. The result shows that directional technique rhythm teaching method can more effectively improve the specific performance and technique than ordinary teaching method. |
