| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、个案教学实验,研究软式排球运动的内在规律及在我国普通高校的实践.结果表明:我国普通高校软式排球场地设施良好、师资雄厚,有利于软式排球的开展;软式排球比硬式排球更容易掌握,尤其在传垫技术上,突破现行高校体育课程的固有框架(以竞技体育为主线的教学模式),能更好地丰富体育课程,促进学生身心健康发展的课程目标.

| Abstract: | This paper explores the Chinese universities soft volleyball importance through questionnaire surveys,case teaching experiment research soft volleyball and the inherent law in a university in China practice.The results show:My college soft volleyball facilities good,strong teacher,to the soft volleyball launch;Soft volleyball is easy to master than rigid.especially in the traditional pad technically,breaking the existing college sports curriculum framework of the inherent(Sports main line teaching mode),better rich sports programs for students in the physical and psychological development of curriculum goals. |
