| 摘 要： | 调查显示:四川农村体育呈非均衡性的发展状态.为此,提出要从四川农村体育的实际出发,选择"非均衡--协调"发展的战略,具体探讨了这一发展战略的基本方针、发展方式和总体原则;发展时序方式的选择;发展的切人点和重点等对策,建议制定扶持贫困地区的长期计划,建立贫困地区农村体育事业发展基金和对口支援协作机制.
