| 摘 要： | 随着散打技术水平的不断提高,旧规则所引导的战术过于单一、抱缠现象过多、缺乏主动进攻的弊端逐渐暴露出来.2004年实施新规则使技术结构发生了巨大变化,使三大散打技术间有所平衡,逐步改观了过去"小鞭腿加后手拳"和"唯摔获胜"的局面.更注重选手的实力、注重了技术动作的实效性,改变了以前"得分不得势"的竞赛局面.

| Abstract: | With the improvement of the level of Sanda,shortcomings caused by the previous rule,was discovered,such as tactical monotony,too much embrace without wrestling and lacked aspiring attacking.The new rule which has affected the technique a lot was implemented in 2004 resulted in the balance of the three leading arts.It had been changed that the winner wined the games only by the low side kick combined to the straight fist or just by wrestling.The new rule paid much attention to players' strength and the substantial results of the movements,which had altered the condition of winning the point without force. |
