| 摘 要： | 随着我国职业体育组织改革的不断深入,新旧体制间的冲突暴露得越来越显著.在职业体育组织中,各利益群体间的矛盾与问题制约着我国职业体育的改革与发展,面对职业化改革中出现的新问题、新挑战,职业体育组织只有通过不断进行制度创新,才能适应变化了的环境.

| Abstract: | With the in-depth reform of professional sport in China,the conflict between the new system and previous system was exposed more and more apparently.Among professional sport organizations,the conflicts and problems between different interest groups restrained the reforms and development of professional sports in China.In order to face with new problems and challenges,it is proposed that the professional sport organizations should only conduct the system creativity,thereby adapting the changeable environment. |
