| 摘 要： | 在教学实践中,我们以教育部<普通高等学校体育教学指导纲要>为指针,以"健康第一、以人为本、发展特色、创造精品"为该课程建设的指导思想,在加强乒乓球教学科研、理论与实践教学的同时,注重课外体育资源的开发,扩大课程范围,以终身体育为指导,采用了多种教学方法和手段,形成了多种教学模式,构筑了校园乒乓和体育文化,从而使学生加深了对体育的了解,提高了体育参与意识,增强了学生的锻炼兴趣,有效地提高了学生的体育综合能力,完美地实现了学生由热爱到融入到享受体育的最佳过渡.

| Abstract: | In practice,with the University Sports Teaching Instruction as the indicator,we pay attention to the development of sports resources after class,expand the syllabus,regard lifetime sports as guidelines,and have adopted many kinds of teaching methods,while strengthening the scientific research.We have established many kinds of teaching modes,constructed campus table tennis and sports culture,made students know more about the knowledge of sports,improved the sense of participation of sports,and strengthened students' exercise interest. |
