| 摘 要： | 采用分析法、教学实践总结法及问卷调查的方法,通过对国内外有关形体健康教育方面的文献数据和河北省普通高等院校大学生形态、机能方面普遍存在的问题进行调查分析,阐明了在河北省普通高校体育教育中开设形体健康教育课的重要性,并对具体教学内容和形式进行了实验研究.最终结果表明对河北省普通高校不良形体学生开设"形体健康课"能够改善学生形态机能水平,对河北省普通高等院校体育教学改革具有实际意义.

| Abstract: | With the methods of analysis,teaching practice sum-up and questionnaire,domestic and foreign data about the education of physique and health and the common problems of students' physiques and body functions in Hebei universities and colleges are researched.The results show that the establishment of the course of physique and health education meets the needs of the present college students.Specific teaching contents and models are researched in experiments.The course of physique and health education can improve college students' physique and body functions,which is practically important in the sports teaching reform of Hebei universities and colleges. |
