| 摘 要： | 针对铁人三项运动难以在大众中推广的现状,从高校的实际情况出发,研究制定了一套在高校校园开展铁人运动的方案,使竞技运动大众化.实践的结果表明,只要精心筹划,责任落实,确保安全,合理利用游泳池(馆),均可以灵活多样地开展铁人三项活动.

| Abstract: | With the current condition that triathlon is difficult to be developed and starting from the reality of universities, a whole set of plan to develop triathlon at universities is worked out so that it can be popular with the mass. The result shows that careful preparation, implemented responsibilities, ensured safety and reasonable use of the swimming pool are the guarantee to carry out the sport of triathlon at university in a flexible and diversified way. |
