| 摘 要： | 运用Cattell-16PF人格因素量表,对山东省421名青少年男子运动员进行测试.结果显示:1)山东省青少年运动员与全国中学生常模比较,在16种人格因素中有三种差异非常显著(P<0.01)、5种差异显著(P<0.05);2)不同种类运动项目的运动员人格因素存在差异;3)同一种类项目的运动员人格因素存在差异,运动员的人格特征与运动成绩有着密切关系. |

| Abstract: | By using Cattell-16 PF, this paper surveys 421 teen-age athletes from Shandong Province. The result shows that (1) Of the 16 personality factors, teen-age athletes in Shandong Province are significantly different from the middle school students in China in 3 personality factors(P<0.01) and different in 5 factors(P<0.05). (2) Athletes engaged in different kinds of sports have different personality factors, a correspondence which is basically regular. (3) Athletes in the same event are different in personality factors. Hence, there is a close correlation between athletes' personality characteristics and the result of their performance in competition. |
