教练员专科游泳双轨制教法初探

摘    要:双轨制教学即是把培养教练员与运动员两条轨道有机地结合起来,在组织上把两者编成一对一对的结合形式,在专科理论教学内容上选择与儿童训练相关内容进行全部安排,以使双轨并进。通过这样双轨同步教学明显地提高了专科学生的学习质量,提高他们分析问题和解决问题的能力,以及对儿童训练工作的事业心和责任感;同时把盐城儿童游泳队的训练工作做得更细,使训练的科学性加强,训练效果提高。

Abstract:By integrating training of coaches with training of players organically,the double track teachingtakes the operational form of one-to-one and chooses the content related to children training for asgnchronized arrangement.The two tracks of teaching are pushed ahead together.With this teachingmethod,learning effectiveness,ability to understand and solve problems,and sense of responsibility onchildren training of the students of the special course were obviously strengthened.Yancheng ChildrenSwimmijg Team,which had been involved in the experiment,was thus improved in scientific training andtraining effectiveness.
