摘    要:运动锻炼对高血压的发生、发展有良好的防治作用,其作用机制是多途径的。血小板内存在L-精氨酸/一氧化氮系统,自身能合成一氧化氮。血小板源一氧化氮,在调节血小板的粘附、聚集、血小板再摹集功能中起重要作用,并能延缓动脉血栓的形成。高血压时血小板内L-精氨酸/一氧化氮系统的功能下降,运动锻炼可改善血小板L-精氨酸/一氧化氮系统的功能,促进血小板L-精氨酸跨膜转运,提高血小板一氧化氮合酶的活性和血小板源一氧化氮活性。运动锻炼对血小板L-精氨酸/一氧化氮系统的调节作用可能是运动防治高血压血栓性并发症的一个新机制。

Abstract:There are many mechanisms involved in positive effect of exercise on Hypertension. Platelets possess the L-arginine-nitric oxide pathway, and platelet-derived nitric oxide acts a negative feedback mechanism to inhibit platelet adhesive, aggregation as well as platelet recruitment, and it may limit progression of intra-arterial thrombosis. Considerable evidence suggeste that platelet L-arginine-nitric oxide pathway is impaired in essential hypertension. Exercise training activates the L-arginine-nitric oxide pathway in platelet by improving activity of nitric oxide synthase and nitric oxide and increasing rates of L-arginine transport. Upregulation of platelet L-argi- nine-nitric oxide pathway after exercise, which may be a new mechanism for controlling the thrombotic complica- tions associated with hypertension.
