| 摘 要： | 足球规则的变化与运动的发展密切相关。规则总是要根据竞赛中出现的问题，着眼于足球发展的趋势，做出及时合理的修改，才能保证足球运动向更健康的方向发展。章就规则的一些主要变化对足球运动的发展产生的影响进行了分析和探讨，得出现代足球规则的修改将使足球运动向着更加公平、健康、激烈竞争的方向发展。
