| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育是伴随着人类社会的发展而萌生的.云南省是中国少数民族的聚集地,也是少数民族传统体育开展最活跃的地域之一.社区是人类生活的主要区域,社会活动中的每一个成员都生活在一定的社区内,社会成员的大部分活动都是在社区进行的,把少数民族传统体育渗透到社区体育中,让它可以传承民族传统体育文化,增强道德修养,弘扬民族精神,促进全民的健身娱乐.
