| 摘 要： | 裁判的执法历来是足球场上的焦点之一,常为球迷观众所非议。这其中电视录像是否可以作为裁判执法的依据更是个备受争议的话题。结合足球裁判执法与法律上法理、诉讼等相关主题的相似之处,加以剖析,说明引入电视录像作为裁判判罚的依据弊大于利。进而,针对足球裁判执法方式与法官断案“自由心证”模式相类似的特点,提出一系列的制约和保障措施,以利于裁判制度的完善。

| Abstract: | The enforcement of referees is always one of the focuses in football matches,and is often censured by fans.It is disputed yet whether the referees could enforce the football matches according to the video.Analysis on the similarity between the enforcement of referees and the jurisprudence and lawsuit,the author drew the conclusion that there was more harm than profit if the referees enforce the football game according to the video.Furthermore,the enforcement of referees is similar to the free proof of judges,so it is necessary to adopt restrictive countermeasures. |
