摘    要:对14名中年女性受试者坚持两个月(每天15min)六段运动锻炼前后心肺机能和有氧能力进行了测试。结果显示,经两个月锻炼后,受试者肺活量及其指数较锻炼前增大,PWC130和氧脉搏提高,表明六段运动锻炼对受试者整体心血管机能能力和呼吸机能有着良好的影响

Abstract:Fourteen female middle age subjects were engaged in two month Six Section Exercises(15min/d).Their cardiopulmonary function and aerobic capacity were determined before and after two month exercises.Results show that vital capacity and vital capacity index,PWC130 and oxygen pulse of subjects are increased after two month exercises.The present study demonstrates that Six Section Exercises have good effects on cardialvascular function and respiratory function of subjects.
