| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和逻辑分析法，从激励相容角度对我国优秀运动员的流动机制进行分析，指出我国优秀运动员流动机制的形成受到国家体
育总局强制性权力、运动员和直属组织的利益和理性、运动员人性发展的规律和反映人类社会发展规律的影响。“三角制约型”优秀运动员流动
机制使得制度对运动员和运动员直属组织的激励作用降低，出现激励负效应。优秀运动员流动的“非平衡态”开放机制能够实现对运动员、运动
员直属组织和国家体育总局的激励相容。 |
