广州市体育用品品牌的发展战略

摘    要:分析广州市体育用品企业品牌经营过程中存在问题,提出对广州市体育用品品牌发展战略的思考:体育用品企业的发展要弘扬企业家精神;打造企业品牌文化;明确品牌定位,提高品牌战略意识;加大创新力度,提高企业的核心竞争力,同时加大政府政策支持力度,充分发挥行业协会作用;促进形成产业集群,实现企业集团化发展。
