| 摘 要： | 针对我国竞技体育职业化产权问题突出的现状,应用现代产权制度的相关理论,结合对联赛管理机构、俱乐部的实证调查,研究我国竞技体育职业化进程的无形财产权。通过多年的改革,我国竞技体育职业化中包含的体育知识产权大部分已转化为体育无形资产,其无形财产权归属成为职业化进程中的焦点与问题根源。联赛管理机构应当进一步放权让利,合理调整联赛无形财产权的分配,使俱乐部收益,这有利于我国当前竞技体育职业化进程的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Aiming at such a current situation that there are serious property problems in the professionalization of competitive sports in China,the authors studied intangible properties in the process of professionalization of com-petitive sports in China by applying modern property system related theories,coupled with an empirical investiga-tion into league game management organizations and clubs.Based on their analysis,the authors concluded that most of sports intellectual properties contained in the professionalization of competitive sports in China have been trans-formed into intangible sports assets after many years of reform,and the belonging of the intangible properties of in-tangible assets has become the focus and problem origin in the process of professionalization.Under such a circum-stance,league game management organizations should further transfer their powers and profits,rationally adjust the allocation of the intangible properties of league games in order to benefit the clubs,which will be conducive to the sustainable development of the course of professionalization of competitive sports in China today. |
