| 摘 要： | 对NBA的反垄断豁免进行介绍和评价。NBA的反垄断豁免主要包括转播豁免和劳资豁免。转播豁免仅仅适用于免费电视领域,各个球队的单独转播权并不受转播豁免的限制。NBA的劳资协议中存在很多限制竞争的规定,但可以凭借劳资豁免规避反垄断法的适用。
