| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、比较分析等方法对我国已出台的与体育公共服务体系建设相关的法律和政策进行了梳理，并就当前我国体育公共服务建设所面临的法律困境进行了分析，并提出完善全面建成小康社会视角下我国体育公共服务法律体系的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature study and comparative analysis, the paper discusses the laws and policies relating to the construction of sports public service system in China. It also analyzes the legal difficulties the construction is lacing. It puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the legal system of China＇s sports public service in the aspect of building up comprehensively a well-off society. |
